Mechanical Foreman For Swimming Pool

Description - Supervise and coordinate the installation and maintenance of swimming pool mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the installation crew.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in mechanical systems, preferably in swimming pool installations.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
