Description - Supervise and coordinate activities of pool maintenance staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Inspect pools regularly to assess cleaning and maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Train and mentor new employees on pool maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
Requirements
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and supervisory skills; ability to work independently.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of pool safety regulations and maintenance practices.
- Qualities and Traits: Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
