Description - Oversee and manage the construction process of residential and commercial swimming pools.
- Collaborate with clients to design custom pool layouts and features.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction phase.
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare project estimates and timelines.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in pool construction preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in pool construction or similar field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management, time management, and effective communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to troubleshoot onsite issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for construction.
