JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent. Experience working with international suppliers, particularly from China, is an advantage. Knowledge of import/export regulations and processes is preferred. With experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management as well as in negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source and coordinate with local and international suppliers, particularly. Mandarin-speaking and Chinese suppliers, to ensure timely procurement of materials and products. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective purchasing and maintain strong supplier relationships. Process purchase orders, monitor shipments, inventory levels, and delivery timelines to avoid delays, shortages, and operational disruptions. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, company procurement policies, and supplier accreditation and performance standards. Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing concerns, prepare procurement reports and costing analysis, and resolve supplier or delivery issues efficiently.
