Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team. • Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios. Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments. • Manage people’s engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery targets. • Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly to bi-weekly basis • Expected consequences for mistakes in their work would include missing team deadlines, damaging their team's reputation within Accenture, and damaging Accenture's reputation, and may be escalated to a managing director • Involved in risk mitigation decisions for multiple teams and may be involved in risk mitigation decisions for their business area OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 10-12 years overall strategic procurement sourcing experience
• At least 5 years leadership experience
• With experience in stakeholder management
• With good communications skills
• Open to resources from any/all industries
