ACCOUNT OFFICER (SALES ENGINEER)

Salary: ₱22,000–₱26,000/month + 5% Sales Commission

Salary is NON-NEGOTIABLE

Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Officer (Sales Engineer) responsible for achieving sales targets through effective account management, customer relationship building, product presentations, account development, and excellent customer service.

The role involves developing new accounts, growing existing customers, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring sales and project progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts through referrals, telemarketing, cold calls, and other leads.
• Develop existing accounts by expanding product offerings and strengthening customer relationships.
• Regularly visit and manage assigned accounts based on an established coverage plan.
• Identify customer requirements and prepare product proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with Design Development, Planning, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams as needed.
• Prepare proposals, drawings, costings, bill of materials, and other required documents.
• Negotiate with clients and coordinate with the Sales Head before proposal submission.
• Participate in site visits for pre-sales and ongoing projects when required.
• Coordinate Sales Order Forms and supporting documents.
• Prepare individual sales forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and sales development within assigned accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market information.
• Represent the company at client events, project openings, anniversaries, and other activities.
• Assist in the collection of overdue accounts.
• Support the development of sales objectives, plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, orderly, and secure work environment.
• Act as Sales Team Leader when requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably Electrical Engineering or a related course.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required .
• Knowledge or understanding of the electrical industry and electrical products .
• Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

Compensation

₱22,000–₱26,000 Monthly Salary

+ 5% Sales Commission
