Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory, Inc. - Baguio branch is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care, we encourage you to apply! Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask
- Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision
- Respond to phone and walk-in inquiries regarding laboratory services and procedures
- Schedule patient appointments and perform follow-up calls as needed
- Assist patients in completing necessary forms and provide clear appointment instructions
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and update the laboratory directory database
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and seamless patient service
- Deliver professional, courteous, and patient-centered assistance at all times
- Perform cashiering duties, including receiving payments and remitting daily sales
