Position: Agency Coordinator Jr. Officer Company Industry: Financial Services Company Work Location: Mandaluyong City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm weekends off) Salary: Php 25,000.00 – Php 30,000.00 Work Set Up: Work On Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor graduate in any course At least 1 to 2 year-experience in Agency Handling or Management (Banking or financing) Experience in collection from agencies Can attend interview in Can start as soon as possibleJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate effectively with agents, partners, and clients to foster and maintain strong professional relationships. Support the processing of applications, account updates, and required documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Track and follow up on pending transactions, requests, and client concerns to ensure timely resolution. Provide administrative and operational assistance to help maintain smooth and efficient daily operations. Prepare reports, organize records, and keep databases updated with accurate and current information.RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (ONLINE)
