JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years of experience in ROPA.
• Has experience working in same industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site
• Willing to participate in in-person interview.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing pre-booking process to ROPA, reviewing the prior booking documents of accounts to ROPA before setting up it to the system.
• Handling pricing memos and various billings with regard of ROPA Suppliers and partners and report the sale transaction in compliance of AMLC.
• Monitoring the inventory and maintenance of repossessed vehicles and the weekly pricelist and the Covered and Suspicious Transaction reports.
• Building a relationship with the customers, sales partners for the consignment activities.
• Coordinating with external parking agencies with regards of the schedule of appraisal and viewing of vehicles.
• Organizing based on the systematic filing of documents, sale approval memos and performs other functions as assigned from time to time according to the established productivity and service quality standards.
