Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing ingredients, including washing, cutting, portioning, and storing food.
Prepare and cook menu items under the guidance of the head chef.
Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and assigned workstations.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
Support other kitchen sections during busy service periods.
Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous kitchen experience is required.
Culinary school graduate
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
