Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product reference database files according to established guidelines
- Transcribe invoice details into templates and validate against master records for accuracy
- Perform quality assurance reviews on transcribed data and extracted product information
- Collaborate with support teams on data corrections and query resolution
- Deliver regular status updates and reports to local office on schedule
Requirements
- Pharmacy or health sciences educational background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and transcribe paper invoice details accurately
- Verbal and written English communication skills
- Capacity to work under time constraints with variable workloads
