MARKETING & EVENTS ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing Simbaynan member-owners’ event themes, goals, and objectives; identifying target audiences; and developing detailed event plans.
• Developing and managing Simbayanan member-owners’ event budgets, including securing sponsorships, tracking expenses, and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote events, including promo mechanics and prizes.
• Overseeing all aspects of Simbayanan member-owners’ event execution, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that may arise during the event.
• Conducting post-event evaluations to assess event success; gathering feedback from attendees; and providing reports and recommendations for future events.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• May be responsible for leading and managing a team of event staff or volunteers. 
• Management representative for the Sectoral Committee and Simbayanan ni Maria Youth and Children Laboratory Cooperative.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Events Management, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in marketing, social media management, event planning, or promotional activities is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different branches or event locations when necessary.
