The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the maintenance team and ensuring all building systems, facilities, equipment, and common areas, including other asset in the area remain safe, operational, and properly maintained. The role supports the Chief Engineer in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs across the property from pre-operations, fit-out, transition, and full operational stages.
The role ensures timely response to operational concerns, proper manpower supervision, coordination with tenants and support departments, and compliance with company operational standards and maintenance procedures.
