Production Line Maintenance (Line Leader)

Description - Lead and supervise maintenance tasks on the production line to ensure efficient operation.
- Coordinate with team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and production delays.
- Assist in training and onboarding new maintenance staff to enhance team effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead a team effectively
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
