Job Summary The Restaurant Business Performance Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and strategic expansion initiatives across all branches. The role leads menu engineering, pricing strategy, promotional planning, food cost optimization, renovation projects, and commissary development to improve overall commercial performance. Key Responsibilities
- Increase system-wide revenue and same-store sales growth
- Improve gross profit margins through pricing and menu optimization
- Maintain or reduce food cost percentage within target range
- Deliver successful promotional campaigns measured by ROI and sales lift
- Improve menu contribution margin through engineering and product mix strategy
- Complete renovation and development projects within approved budget and timeline
- Establish and optimize commissary operations to achieve targeted cost savings and efficiency benchmarks
