Business Development Manager

KOL Identification and Recruitment: Researching and identifying relevant KOLs or influencers on various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) who align with the brand's image and target audience.

• Relationship Management: Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with KOLs to foster trust and collaboration.
• Campaign Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and influencer campaigns to meet brand goals, product demands, and promotional objectives.
• Partnership and Content Collaboration: Collaborating with KOLs to create compelling content briefs and guide the entire content creation process, from brainstorming to production and review.
• Campaign Execution: Managing the end-to-end execution of KOL collaborations and campaigns, ensuring they align with brand voice and campaign expectations.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing campaign performance, gathering insights, and providing recommendations for future improvements and optimization.
• Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating partnership agreements, compensation terms, and deliverables with KOLs to ensure mutual benefit and compliance.
• Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative tasks, such as drafting agreements, processing payments, and maintaining records of collaborations.
• Trend Monitoring: Staying updated on the latest industry trends, emerging influencers, and changes in the digital landscape.
