Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities - Attends to customer complaints and queries thru phone calls and social networking sites (messenger, instagram, viber, etc.)
- Create promotional materials like flyers, presentations, and social media content to support marketing efforts
- Handle transactions, manage order fulfillment, and coordinate with logistics for delivery
- Find new customers through phone calls, emails, social media content, and online research
- Track sales activities, monitor sales goals, and provide customer feedback to the sales team
- Work with sales and other teams
- Perform other related task
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and team collaboration.
- Organizational skills and Attention to detail
- Must be hardworking, trustworthy and able to work well with others
