JobsAvenuePH is hiring Call Center Agents, Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Representatives, Non-Voice Associates, and Content Moderators for leading BPO companies in Davao City.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Meet company quality and performance standards
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite, hybrid, or shifting schedules depending on account requirements
