Customer Service Representative

- Assist passengers with flight bookings, check-in, boarding, and baggage inquiries.
- Provide accurate flight information and updates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with airline safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with ground staff, security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage payment transactions and process travel documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance passenger satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in reservation and booking systems (e.g., SABRE, Amadeus) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous.
