Sales Representative

- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Present and sell products or services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales, and prospects using CRM software.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
