Description - Oversee daily operations of the customer service department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and support customer service representatives to achieve their performance goals.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on service efficiency and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in customer service or a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Sales Pitching and Closure skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in Call Centre environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong Team Player and Problem Solver.
- Qualities and Traits: Demonstrates a Strong Work Ethic and Technical Skills.
