Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Work-In-Office)

Location: JDN IT Center Building 3 & 4, Mandaue City, Cebu Job Type: Full-Time Work Setup: Work-In-Office (WIO) Shift: Night Shift (Weekends Off) Compensation: Competitive USD Hourly Rate (Independent Contractor) About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing the complete bookkeeping cycle independently and is confident handling financial records from start to finish. Experience supporting Airbnb owners, short-term rental businesses, or property management companies is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete bookkeeping process from start to finish for assigned clients. Record and categorize financial transactions accurately. Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations. Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports. Analyze profits, expenses, and overall financial performance. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Ensure timely and accurate reporting while meeting deadlines. Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial matters when needed. Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues proactively. Qualifications Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar role. Strong end-to-end bookkeeping experience. Experience supporting Airbnb owners, short-term rental businesses, or property management companies is highly preferred. Experience independently managing a client's books from start to finish. Experience working with small businesses or small clients is an advantage. Strong understanding of: Transaction management Bank and account reconciliations Financial reporting Profit and financial analysis Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
