Caldwell Communications is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in Cebu City. Fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience are highly encouraged to apply — we provide the training and support needed for success.ROLE SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will ensure every customer receives excellent service through clear communication and effective problem resolution. This role is ideal for candidates searching for customer service representative jobs in Cebu City, call center jobs in the Philippines, and entry-level CSR opportunities with no experience required.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns
- Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- No experience required
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

- Onsite work setup
- Shifting schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
