Position: Latvian Speaking Service Desk Support
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 85,000 gross still negotiable
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Foreign national proficient in Latvian and English Language
At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course
Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle and manage inquiries and request over phone/emails and tracking system
Conduct initial troubleshooting to identify the issue and ensure resolution
Troubleshoot various systems/servers/workstations
Ensure proper documentation
Perform other related tasks
