JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Polish Language
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course / Undergraduate / Bachelor’s Degree (any field)
- Computer & internet savvy (Windows & Internet navigation)
- IT or Technical Support experience is a plus (not required)
- BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries on hardware & software concerns
- Install and maintain computer systems and network applications
- Respond to clients via phone or email
- Resolve technical issues efficiently
- Manage, prioritize, and document service desk tickets
- Escalate complex IT issues when needed
