Main Responsibilities - Recruit and build a team of Financial Advisors
- Train, coach, and mentor team members
- Set sales goals and monitor team performance
- Develop business and marketing strategies
- Help clients with insurance and financial planning solutions
- Conduct meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
- Support branch and company activities
Qualifications
- College graduate
- Sales or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and team management abilities

- Willing to undergo training and licensing
