- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with store managers to provide training and guidance to ensure a high-performing team.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Address any operational issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving capability.
