Job Description We are looking for Call Center Agents to assist clients with inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns across various channels. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about services, processes, or policies
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain records of all interactions and updates
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on company systems, processes, and customer service best practices

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
• Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
