Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any business course
- Master’s degree is a plus
- With at least 3-4 years of experience as VP of retail sales role.
- With working experience in retail distributor
- Amenable to work in Flexible working schedule
- Can start as soon as possible is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing business.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent product knowledge and information to clients.
- Serve as a productive member of the Sales and marketing team through active participation and implementation of its standards and programs
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve company goals.
