Retail Sales Assistant

- Customer Interaction: Welcome customers, understand their needs, recommend products, answer questions, and inform them about promotions.
- Sales & Transactions: Process payments using POS systems, handle returns, and work towards sales targets.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize products, create attractive displays, and keep the store clean and presentable.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with deliveries, and help with periodic inventory counts.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer requests and complaints, escalating complex issues to managers.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills .
- Strong verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Teamwork, patience, and a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Industry knowledge and a passion for the brand.
