Project Coordinator (Architecture & Construction)

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with an Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or Interior Design background to support the delivery of exciting international projects.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate project schedules and deadlines
- Support Project Managers with daily operations
- Review drawings and project documents
- Manage document control, RFIs, and revisions
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM teams, and clients
- Prepare project reports and maintain project records
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or Project Coordination
- Degree/Diploma in a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
- AutoCAD or Revit
- Procore, Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp
- Bluebeam
- Experience with international or remote teams
