Client Engagement & Advisory Services:
• Conduct in-depth assessments of client organizations, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement in organizational structure, internal controls, and processes.
• Develop tailored recommendations and implementation plans to enhance business operations, governance, and efficiency.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients’ senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Project & Team Leadership:
• Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of consultants on progress of client advisory services.
• Establish consulting methodologies and frameworks to standardize and improve service delivery.
• Monitor project performance, resolve challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
Business Development & Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning the firm as a trusted business advisor.
• Identify opportunities to expand consulting services and generate new business.
• Lead proposal development, presentations, and negotiations for potential consulting engagements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance the firm’s expertise.
