- Previous experience in real estate sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets, property values, and trends.
- Proficiency with real estate software, MLS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
