Estate Marketing Assistant

The Estate Marketing Assistant supports the execution of marketing initiatives, mall events, and tenant engagement activities. This role involves assisting in event coordination, content creation, and on-ground marketing operations. The position also provides support in managing promotional materials, coordinating with tenants and partners, and ensuring smooth implementation of campaigns and community engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of mall events, including set-up, coordination, and on-site support
- Capture photos and videos for documentation and social media content
- Support tenant product shoots and promotional activities during events
- Coordinate with tenants for marketing campaigns, store openings, and promotions
- Provide assistance in organizing community and engagement events (e.g., fun runs, appreciation events, car-free activities)
- Help manage raffle booths, promotional setups, and event operations
- Coordinate with external partners for venue-related collaborations
- Assist in installation and monitoring of marketing collaterals (banners, standees, posters)
- Support digital ad placements across mall platforms (e.g., screens, directories, and other digital assets)
- Contribute to social media content creation for campaigns and tenant promotions
Core Skills (Basic)
- Basic Canva skills for simple graphics and social media posts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations
- Strong file management and documentation skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and partner coordination
- Proficient in basic photography, videography, and social media content creation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Willing to work on-site and during weekends or holidays when required
- Knowledge of marketing tools, digital platforms, and event coordination is an advantage
