Job Description
CJVR Group Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Staff to support our finance and accounting operations. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in bank reconciliation and expense monitoring
- Maintain accurate accounting records and files
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial documents
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
- Willing to be assigned in Malvar, Batangas
