WAREHOUSE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance.
- Implement best practices for inventory management and organization.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet operational needs.
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to implement warehouse processes and procedures.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Graduate of 4 yrs Business course (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Can start immediately.
