Sales Representative

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp.
- Conduct outbound calls to Convenience, Food, and Foodservice retailers
- Sell promotions, core distribution, seasonal items, and new products
- Meet call volume, talk time, and sales quota targets
- Use effective sales techniques, including negotiation and objection handling
- Achieve sales goals within assigned and backup territories
- Communicate product, marketing, and promotional info to retailers
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Provide feedback to support future promotions and sales planning
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices
- Contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Major in Sales/Marketing/Communications;
- At least 3 year's experience in a Telesales or Telemarketing position;
- Experience in a Retail and Consumer Products environment is a plus;
- Exceptional proven selling skills; great command of the English Language;
- Proficient in MS Excel Pivot & Vlookup and other MS Office tool;
- Familiar with Salesforce, an advantage;
- Keen attention to detail;
- Proactive and Self-driven.
