Job Summary
The Logistics Operations Associate is responsible for supporting daily transport planning and logistics operations by preparing delivery plans, coordinating with dealers, logistics service providers (LSPs), and internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate vehicle delivery. The role also provides administrative support and maintains operational records to ensure efficient logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate daily delivery plans for Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
- Respond to daily inquiries from dealers and LSPs regarding delivery schedules, planning concerns, and operational updates.
- Prepare and submit summary reports on planning concerns to the Transport Planning Section.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Order Control (OC), Quality, and Marketing, to verify vehicle status and delivery readiness.
- Update and maintain inventory records by incorporating dealer requests and unit status changes.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with LSPs and ensure all delivery requirements are completed on time.
- Monitor delivery progress and communicate any issues or delays to the concerned parties.
- Prepare, update, and maintain logistics reports, records, and operational documentation.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including document filing, record keeping, meeting coordination, and other office-related tasks.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (Operations Management), Information Technology, BS Management Accounting or related courses.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With good communication, coordination, and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Willing to work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
- With good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can coordinate effectively with different groups and logistics service providers
- Willing to render overtime on Saturdays and Holidays and work on shifting schedules.
- Optional that aligned to our operations:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or vehicle operations is an advantage
- Knowledge in report preparation and monitoring activities is preferred
