- Graduate of Any Business Related Course
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications such as Excel
- Related experience in Logistics Operations in an advantage
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Generates repair order and ensures that all defects and damages identified are recorded in VIS and billed
- Generates list of units for maintenance and ensures that all units will be billed.
- Generates from system storage for delivered and undelivered units
- Prepares request for billing for repair order; maintenance and special project
- Maintain department files
- Maintains updated prices and services duly signed by superiors and clients
- Coordinates with logistics supervisor for prices of special projects and trips
