Global Creative Excellence Manager - CT (For Pooling)

Role overview We are looking for a Global Creative Excellence Manager to help improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of creative work across markets. The role will work with marketing stakeholders and creative partners to translate brand direction into practical creative guidance, review processes, and measurable improvements. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain creative guidelines, evaluation criteria, and practical tools that help teams deliver consistent, effective work.
• Review creative output with relevant stakeholders and provide clear, constructive recommendations.
• Identify recurring quality gaps and work with teams and partners to improve briefs, feedback, and approvals.
• Share examples, insights, and best practices across markets to raise creative standards.
• Track relevant measures of creative quality and effectiveness and prepare concise updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with brand, campaign, media, and agency teams to support adoption of agreed standards.

• Relevant experience in creative strategy, brand communications, agency management, or creative operations.
• Strong ability to assess creative work against brand objectives and audience needs.
• Experience developing guidelines and working with multiple stakeholders or markets.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give useful creative feedback.
• Comfortable using performance insights to inform improvements.
