 Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible to validate and check all entries in the billing statement including all supporting documents attached to the billing; 

2. Timely submission of all Payment request related to billings and invoice of the Third-Party Agencies for merchandising; 

3. Monitors and records all Cash Advance, Liquidation and Reimbursement submitted by the Store Operations field personnel; 

4. Timely submission of all expense reports to Finance Department for reimbursement and check preparation; 

5. Submits a summary report of the total expense with specific item and tagging of expenses; 

6. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

1. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in  Financial Management ,  Accounting Management , Business, or any related field; 

2. At least 2 years of related experience in Sales or FMCG but  fresh graduates are encouraged to apply ; 

3. Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy, proactive and with good critical thinking ability; 

4. Proficient in English language and good written communication skills.
