POSITION: Admin Staff (Open for fresh graduate)
INDUSTRY : Construction
WORK LOCATION: Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)
SALARY: Php17,000
WORK SET UP: Work on site
- Managing and recording all incoming and outgoing documents and maintaining electronic or hard copy records.
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions and preparing bank deposits.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Respond to employee questions related to payroll and taxes.
- Prepare and managing HR-related documents, such as employment records and onboarding guides
