Position: Administrative Associate (Open for fresh graduate)
Company Industry: Construction Company
Work Location: Chino Roces Ave., Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday off
Salary: Php17,000
Work Set Up: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff or management.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office documents (both physical and digital).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic office communications as needed
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor Degree of any course
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in Administrative task or position is as advantage.
- Can start as soon as possible.
- Amenable to attend face to face interview
- Amenable to work in Makati.
