We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fryer Cook to prepare and cook fried food items according to company standards. The Fryer Cook is responsible for operating deep fryers, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean and organized cooking area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook fried menu items noodles to order.
- Monitor fryer temperature and oil levels to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure all food meets quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fryer station and surrounding areas.
- Dispose of used oil and clean fryers regularly according to maintenance schedule.
- Assist with restocking and prepping ingredients as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior kitchen or fryer experience is a plus, but not required—training provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced restaurant or kitchen setting.
- Exposure to hot equipment, fryers, and food prep materials.
- Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
