Qualifications & Skills
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience preferred
- Passionate about cooking and willing to learn
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Fast, accurate, and consistent during service
- Open to training, coaching, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food at assigned stations (noodle, wok, garnish, prep, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in portioning, plating, and timing of dishes
- Assist with prep work, cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen needs
- Follow standard recipes, safety guidelines, and kitchen protocols
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the kitchen team
