Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Pasteurization Technician / DAIRY PLANT OPERATOR to operate and monitor milk pasteurization equipment, ensuring the production of safe, high-quality dairy products on our UAE dairy farm or processing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor pasteurization machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure milk is heated to the required temperature and held for the correct time to kill harmful bacteria.
- Monitor and record pasteurization parameters such as temperature, flow rate, and time.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of pasteurization equipment.
- Inspect milk before and after pasteurization for quality and safety standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors or maintenance staff.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Assist with bottling, packaging, and labeling of pasteurized milk when needed.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers and processing logs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certificate or diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience operating pasteurization equipment.
- Knowledge of milk processing, quality control, and food safety standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adhere to strict hygiene standards.
