Job Title: Chat and Email Support Representative Location: Davao City, Davao del Sur Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱28,000 per month Work Arrangement: Onsite Schedule: Shifting Schedule Job Summary The Chat and Email Support Representative provides customer assistance through non-voice support channels, including chat, email, and messaging platforms. This role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience through written communication. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and other approved messaging platforms. Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally while adhering to company policies and procedures. Research and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs. Document customer interactions and update records in the system. Maintain established productivity, quality, and response-time standards. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and customer service standards. Deliver clear, professional, and grammatically correct written communication. Qualifications Senior High School graduate (K-12) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome. No prior Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience required. Strong written English communication skills. Basic computer navigation, typing, and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Customer-focused mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
