Lifewood Data Technology Philippines is looking for a detail-oriented Legal Associate to support the company’s legal, compliance, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist with corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports.
- Provide legal support for business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams on legal and corporate matters.
- Help ensure company policies comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential legal records.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Law, or holder of a double degree in Law and Business, or an equivalent related qualification.
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contracts, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
