Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate. Willing to work in a mall environment.
- Complete government records (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR).
- Experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not required.
- Basic knowledge of selling techniques and cashiering.
- Knowledge in Telco is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry light to moderate loads.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of products, services, and ongoing promotions.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized assistance with detailed product information.
- Handle inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and support overall store success.
