Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and excursions.
- Research and recommend destinations, travel packages, and activities based on client preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel restrictions, regulations, and trends.
- Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
